Golden Manufacturers is the South Pacific market leader in corrugated fibre packaging (or ‘cardboard boxes’ as it is more commonly known). We have a varied product mix, specialising in corrugated packaging for the beverage (including bottled water), food and garment industries.

We understand that clients have specific and often different needs when designing new boxes and we aim to incorporate these requirements into the final design. All products are customized to client specifications and take into account the weight which is unique to each product; the final/ end destination of the product and such things as moisture are also considered. The vast majority of our boxes are purposely designed to suit individual product specifications and are palletised for easy loading and shipping.

Our most popular product is the regular slotted carton which is available in a variety of forms such as pre-printed versions, wax cartons, die-cut cartons and heavy duty packaging.

These are high-end cartons printed with colour house graphics on brown or white paper, depending on your requirements. The printing process is carried out on a six or seven colour flexographic printer in Australia, which is then transformed into a three ply cardboard and converted into packaging on our flexographic slotter gluer in Suva. We are currently the only packaging company in Fiji to offer this product and our state of the art factory ensures that the printing and finished product have an extremely high-end finish that customers require at this end of the market.

These are mainly intended for the fish industry or any product that goes into cold storage due to its excellent freezing qualities as the main purpose of wax cartons is to repel moisture. We have found these cartons to be ideal for keeping fruit, vegetables and seafood fresh and to a high export grade quality when they reach their final destination.

Die-cut cartons can either be hand erected or produced for a high speed carton erector.

This is suitable for packing bulk products and heavy items. It is mainly used for the fish industry, ginger and household removal as well. The cartons have the capacity to pack up heavy weight.

Double wall flute combinations are used to benefit performance. It has superior stacking and insulation.
